DIRECTIONS

  1. Gather supplies.

  2. Wrap the decorative garland around the top of the bar cart, securing it with painter's tape.

  3. Take the pieces of greenery and the sparkle pinecones (stems removed) and wrap the floral wire around it to create a garland. Drape the foliage along the front of the cart using floral wire or tape to secure, add more elements to create more volume and sparkle.

  4. Place your vase on top of the cart. Cut the sparkle curly ting to fit the size of your vase and inlay to create a whimsical feel.

  5. Place champagne, sparkling wine, and/or cider on the cart with the glasses. When the party-goers come, you can place them in a vessel with ice and salt (salt creates a reaction that will cool the drinks).

  6. Add extra glasses and water to keep everyone hydrated for the long night and a fun sign to let everyone know what time it is! We found these disco ball glasses and thought they were the perfect element to watch the ball drop on Times Square.
