DIRECTIONS

Gather supplies.
Trim all of your florals to reach your desired height for the bouquet.
Build your bouquet from the inside out.
Wrap the stems with sparkle tulle to create a frosty winter feel.
Use pins to secure the tulle to the bouquet.
